We have as our motto at Second Baptist Church: "Reaching Up.  Reaching In.  Reaching Out.  Serving Christ, Christians and Community."  What does that mean?  It means that we gather to Reach Up through worship of Jesus Christ and study of His Word, the Bible and we Reach In through love, encouragement and service to each other and Reach Out by offering the life-changing truth that God has a purpose for everyone in our community.

There is an opportunity for ministry for every person in your family.  We are blessed to have people of all ages actively participating in the ministries of this church.  Our goal is to provide an environment in which everyone who wishes to experience a personal walk with the Lord Jesus will be encouraged and equipped to do so.

Let me extend to you a sincere invitation to visit one of our encouraging and insightful Bible Study classes during our 9:00am small group Bible study hour. Then stay and worship with us in our Spirit-filled Worship service where we remember the Lord Jesus Christ with uplighting songs and biblically-based messages at 10:00am.
